I love how every project and company that I've worked at/for/with develops its own unique process based on the personalities and strengths of the people involved.
We're starting to get into the groove of coding and our unique process is developing nicely.
There was a huge temptation to blindly follow "The Hashrocket Way" when starting our own company. After all what would people think if we didn't follow all of the processes espoused at Hashrocket- religious pairing, the particular style of TDD, etc.?
In my previous consulting business, we had very specific unwritten rules for each client's process and tracker project that naturally evolved based on what worked for that client.
The same thing is happening here and I'm very excited about it.
